jewellery including bangles, earrings, necklaces, and other accessories.

3. Pricing & Payment

● All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable
taxes.
● Payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, and Razorpay gateway.
● In case of pricing errors, Nuha Charms reserves the right to cancel or correct any
orders before shipment.

 

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
● We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:
○ Product unavailability,
○ Pricing errors, or
○ Suspicious/fraudulent activity.
● If your payment is processed and the order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to
your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
● Delivery timelines vary between 3-10 business days depending on the destination.
● We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other unforeseen
circumstances.

 

6. Returns & Exchanges

● Returns/exchanges are accepted only within 3 days of delivery and only via
WhatsApp request.
● Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
● Damaged or incorrect items require video proof from the unboxing stage.
● Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
● Refunds are processed as store credits after quality inspection.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, product photos, text, graphics, and design, are the
intellectual property of Nuha Charms and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed
without written consent.

 

8. User Conduct
