Return Policy 

At Nuha Charms, every piece is crafted and packed with utmost care. However, we understand that you may sometimes wish to return or exchange a product. We’re happy to assist you under the following guidelines:

 

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

● Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
● Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice intact.
● The product must be free from scratches, damages, or alterations.
● Customized or personalized jewellery, sale/discounted items, and accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
● Products received as part of an exchange are not eligible for further return or exchange.

 

2. Conditions for Return/Exchange

● Incorrect or Damaged Products: A clear unboxing video (from sealed package to full product view) must be provided as proof within 24 hours of delivery. Without proper proof, the request will not be accepted.
● Sizing or Quality Issues: A clear photo or video of the product showing the issue must be uploaded while submitting your request.
● Quality Check: Once received, our team will thoroughly inspect the returned product. Items not meeting the above conditions will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.

 

3. Shipping & Handling for Return/Exchange

We currently do not offer reverse pickup. Customers must ship the product back to the following address using any reliable courier service, After your return request is verified, our team will share the return address via WhatsApp.
● Once the item is shipped, please share the courier name, tracking ID, and order details via email or WhatsApp.
● Return courier charges will be reimbursed upon successful inspection of the returned product (up to ₹80).
● Returns/exchanges typically take 7–10 working days to process after receiving the item.

 

4. Return/Exchange Process

At Nuha Charms, we’ve made the return and exchange process easy and personal through WhatsApp support.
Here’s how it works:
1. Send us a message on WhatsApp at +91 82705 10043 within 3 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
2. Include the following details in your message:
○ Order Number
○ Registered Email ID or Mobile Number
○ Reason for Return/Exchange
○ Attach a clear unboxing video or product photo (as applicable)
3. Our support team will review your request within 24 working hours.

4. If approved, you’ll receive the return address and shipping instructions directly on WhatsApp.
5. Once we receive and verify your product, your exchange or reimbursement will be processed within 7–10 working days.

 

5. Important Notes

● Products without proper proof of damage/unboxing will not be eligible for return or exchange.
● Jewellery colour variations due to lighting or display differences will not be considered as defects.
● Used or worn products will not be accepted under any circumstances.
