Shipping policy

At Nuha Charms, we take great care in delivering your jewellery with love, precision, and reliability. Please read our shipping terms carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing

All orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) will be processed on the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on Sundays or public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation message via WhatsApp or email once your order is successfully placed.


2. Delivery Locations (Within India)

Nuha Charms ships to most major cities and towns across India through trusted courier partners.
However, due to the delicate nature and value of our jewellery, deliveries may not be available in certain remote or restricted areas.
In such cases, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option or provide a full refund.


3. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all domestic prepaid orders above ₹399.
For orders below ₹399, a standard shipping charge of ₹60 will apply.
Currently Cash on Delivery Unavailable.
For partial payment orders, the advance amount paid is non-refundable under all circumstances

 

4. Delivery Time

Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days from our warehouse after order confirmation and processing.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-6 additional working days, depending on your pin code and courier service.
Hence, the total estimated delivery time within India is approximately 3–10 working days, excluding Sundays and holidays.
Items that fall under courier restrictions (such as oversized or delicate pieces) may take longer to deliver or may need to be canceled – in which case, you’ll be informed immediately.


5. Tracking & Updates

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation message via WhatsApp or email containing your tracking ID once your order has been dispatched.
You can track your package anytime using the provided link.
If you haven’t received a tracking update within 3 working days, please contact us for assistance.

 

6. Packaging & Handling

Every Nuha Charms order is packed securely in tamper-proof, eco-friendly packaging to ensure your jewellery arrives in perfect condition.
Please do not accept the package if it appears tampered or damaged. Instead, take a video while unboxing and contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
